Why does the SSD H/D insist on always having fragmented sectors.? I have cloned back from the back up H/D and by a day or 2 it is fragmented again. With an HDD it was never fragmented. Or a defrag program would correct it, but the program does not correct the SSD problem.

Solution

NEVER EVER defragment an SSD. Don't worry about it just ignore the warning. In an SSD all areas are available all the time, defragmentation is only for Hard disks because they kind of work like a record, so it helps to have related data in line so the drive doesn't have to run all over the place to put it together.

Again this is a non issue., never ever defragment an SSD.
