Are these normal temps while playing games in a I7 4790k ?

Well i've just built my new pc very recently and i was wondering if these temps are normal.. they seemed a little high considering i'm using a H100I cooling system. When testing it on intell burn test at 100% load my cpu was giving off 70 -75 degreesa nd when playing gta V it can go up to 40-47 degrees. It might just be me overthinking things... Thanks for your time.

What is your ambient temperature?

Here's the normal operating range for Core temperature:

80C Hot (100% Load)
75C Warm
70C Warm (Heavy Load)
60C Norm
50C Norm (Medium Load)
40C Norm
30C Cool (Idle)

Core temperatures in the mid 70's are safe.

Intel Burn Test (IBT) is brutal, so your Core temperatures are good.
