Hello. I have problem with my computer. It often freezes for a few seconds, and then restarts. What is strange: it occurs much more often when NOT playing games on fullscreen, especially hardware-hungry games. It happens almost only when i do things in Windows, such as using Word or other programs, or surfing internet. Please help me, i have no idea what causes it and how to repair it.

Computer freezes and restarts almost only while NOT playing games

I would check in Task Manager to see if a program that is not supposed to be running is ,and using a lot of Memory

Unfortunately, it's not that. Problem happens even just after disk formatting and reinstalling system, when there aren't any programs installed. Also, the problem occurs from the beginning, when i bought this computer, so i think it might be hardware-related. But important and strange is fact, that when i play game, for example Witcher 3, the problem doesn't exist. While surfing on the internet or working with MS Word, freezing and restart happens very often, about 4-5 times during hour. But when i played mentioned Witcher 3, it happend maybe two times in an 80 hours of playing.
