low fps good build?

hi guys i just built a new gaming computer about a week ago it has a msi 970 motherboard amd fx 6300 gtx 750 ti gpu and 8 ram and im trying to play arma 2 dayz and im only getting max 17 fps??? something has to be wrong!

Well I wouldn't be so quick to call a build with a FX6300 and 750ti a "good" build. Those parts are more lower-midrange parts.

Are you sure all of your drivers are up to date?

What setting are you trying to play? I assume this is 1080p?
