I just bought a new lenovo laptop. I really enjoy it, but there is a lot of pre installed crap. I can't tell what is good or not. I know some programs are useful. I tried some programs to delete this stuff like decrap but i had no success. Thanks for the help in advance. Here is a link to what programs I have http://imgur.com/a/N5PnB

You can always do a clean install from media, and use the oem activation code.
But, then, you need to find the drivers for the laptop which is not as simple as for a desktop.
Battery software, touchpad, camera... etc.
The storage for bloatware/trialware is not usually large.
What you don't want is useless started task that monitor your system and automatically do updates.
Check msconfig for startup tasks you can disable.
