Best GPU for £160/$250?

I'm planning my entry-mid level gaming build, and I'm left with £160/$250 for my GPU. What's the best I can get? Side Question: Is it worth getting 4gb versions of worse cards instead of 2gb versions of better cards?

check out the r9 380. its faster being cheaper somewhat than the gtx 960.

if you really care about power savings or you have a little bad psu then go for the gtx 960. Some what lesser performance then the r9 380
