The Sapphire is best for the price, and I'm not saying that because it's the cheapest, Sapphire specialize in AMD and their coolers are made for the AMD GPUs. Where as some of the others use the same cooler for both NVidia and AMD, the problem being the AMD GPUs are smaller and don't always make full contact with the heat pipes of the cooler.

The Sapphire is a better known make than Powercolor, but I have heard Powercolor are good also.
Oh, now that I look again the Sapphire only has 2GB of VRAM, I thought all 380s had 4GB. Well in that case, maybe the Powercolor is the better card, as it has 4GB.
