Hi,
I want to enable my on-board graphics on my FX 6300 as well as use my HD 7770, to improve my PC's gaming performance. My MoBo is a Gigabyte GA 78-LMT-S2. I tried searching the net but couldn't find an answer. Any help from the guys on the forums? BTW, it will improve my performance, won't it?
Thanks.

Did some research on this and didn't come up with many answers. At various times it's been called "Hybrid CrossfireX" or just "Dual Graphics". Some instructions say your monitor must be plugged into the onboard GPU, some say the dedicated GPU. But it does seem like you may need to go into the AMD Catalyst Control Center and enable Crossfire for it to work. Open up CCC and see if you see any info about Crossfire. Look in the Information section for more data.

Also, your 7770 may be too fast to be able to get assistance from the old 3000-series GPU in your mobo...

There is no scenario in which your discrete HD 7770 will be aided in any way by the low-end integrated graphics in this chipset. If you managed to get it to work -- AMD's official support and what people have been able to jury-rig is very different -- the integrated is too low-end to actually do anything. If GPU performance is the problem, the only solution is to upgrade the GPU.
