Hi people, here are my specs, any ideas?

Case: CiT 1017 Black Midi ATX Mesh Gaming PC Case
Motherboard: MSI Micro ATX G41M-P25 LGA 775
RAM: 2 x 2gb Rendition DDR3 240 Pin 1333Mhz
Graphics Card: Nvidia Asus GeForce GT 730 Silent 1gb
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz
Power Supply: CiT 500 Watts 230 Volts Micro ATX
Hard Drive: 320gb Western Digital Caviar Blue SATA Main HDD and Portable Verbatim 500gb External HDD
Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit Proffesional

Also can anyone provide suggestions to cheap and effective upgrades? Thanks, and i am not a game heavy playerhence the cheap build xD

Solution
You'll be able to play it at medium and and a bit lower resolution for sure, and cheap upgrades are not really easy. One of the best ways to go is to get a GTX 660+

How much FPS would i get if i also swapped out my 730 for a ASUS Nvidia Geforce GT 750ti? Thanks :)

Depends on the game, but most likely double or more fps, and the GTX 750ti is optimized for the new games.
Although you could go for the GTX 950 if you have the budget, but the GTX 750ti seems much better than the GT 730

Thanks for the reply, how much currently do you think i would get FPS wise with my rig i have listed with the 730?

Also, i may get a 950, they seem only a tad more money, like £20 or so, i think it is worth it... you?

It's worth it, for sure. But the FPS depends on the game.
