Just bought the new Samsung 28" 4K Ultra HD LED Monitor with 1ms Response Time (U28E590D) - Black/Titanium Silver
I do not game, only web browse and and watch utube videos.
what is the minumum card that i need to run so i will get the 4k experience, all i want is to have the clearest possible picture and a quiet running card - also need to know is HDMI 2.0 is the best way to connect -will it get me to 60mhz per 1ms or do i use display port?
