CPU is making a weird noise

So my CPU makes this noise on start up and randomly throughout the day.
Here's a video with the sound. It usually stops if i hit the side of my case.

I'm 90% sure it's the CPU and not a fan.

The noise is from a fan, I'll suggest attempting to tighten all fan screws as a first step (even the one on the PSU). If that doesn't cure it (I suspect it will), you can isolate the origin of the noise by removing the side cover (with the PC on) and listening through a paper towel tube. It may be that the fan's bearings are going out in which case replacing would be the thing to do but it's not the CPU making the noise

It's not a fan. if it is it's invisible cause i don't have a fan where the noise i coming from. i have a corsair h80 liquid cooling rig. and the noise is coming from the cpu area. could it be the corsair cooler?

Very likely to be the pump on the Corsair waterblock but the CPU itself cannot make noise (no moving parts)
