I want to build a computer mainly used for multimedia tasks such as picture editing on photoshop, video editing on Sony Vegas/Adobe premiere, etc. What would be a good build for this? (I am willing to shell out around 700 for parts, os, and monitor [preferably a 24 inch or higher] but will pay more if needed)
