No you cant. My pc struggles I have Amd 860k and r7 250x and i struggle to maintain 60 fps on low with 720p (depends on maps and im talking about multiplayer)

no dude your pc is perfectly capable of running it. just update the drivers, use mantel, and tweak the settings

have done all the above. I dont consider sub 60fps drops playable imo
Question r9 390 a good budget option since rx 580s are overpriced?
