Will a Athlon X4 860K and a Asus GTX 750Ti GDDR5 OC with an Asus A88XM-E motherboard work with a Rosewill FBM-01 450 Watt psu? I'm a noob to this so don't get mad at me. All help is appreciated!

When I search for "Rosewill FBM-01", what comes up is a case, not a power supply. And from what I see, the case only has USB 2.0 ports, and all modern motherboards, including the one you listed have at least some USB 3.0 ports anymore.

Now back to the case... I never, ever recommend buying a case with a power supply already in it. buy whatever case you want that the motherboard will fit into, and then buy a good quality power supply separately. Because I have never seen a case that came with anything better than a junk power supply. Next, it is hard to find a 350 watt power supply that is reliable, and that uses quality parts. I would actually list a good 430 watt power supply that is made by Seasonic, because I know every power supply they make is a quality power supply, but their 520 watt power supply is on sale for less than the 430 watt unit costs right now. So I am listing the 520 watt unit below.

SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Non-Modular ATX Power Supply $57.99 - $5.00 promo (ends Sept 21) = 52.99

Personally I think Rosewill is Perfect for a Entry lvl gamer.

Rosewill sometimes bundles psu+cases, and there great.
But I do agree %99 of the time the included psu should be thrown away. Most companys have them very cheaply made and have been know to burn houses down.
