Bad frames on arma 3

My system is a
Amd 6300 dual core at stock clock speed
Amd r9 280x vaporx 3gb stock clock
Corsair cx600 600watt
8gb of ram
And when I play arma on standard I get like 12-15 fps.. But when I play csgo on max settings I get 90+ fps .. Idk what is wrong with my system.. I Have only had the build for about 2 days . please help

Sorry, no. Not even FX-9590 can beat Intel i5. Part of the problem is the game likes Intel better. It's poorly optimised from what I've read. It's not totally the AMD CPU fault. I think if you lower the view distance it should be playable and overclocking should help. Make sure you have newest drivers.
You bought the wrong CPU to play Arma 3, which is heavily CPU dependent. You need a good Intel i5 processor which have better core performance than AMD. If you overclock the crap out of your AMD it might be more playable. You also bought a poor quality power supply. The CX series are known for going downhill after several months. To overclock your CPU you'll need a good cheap cooler like Hyper 212 EVO. Try changing your settings and view distance to low levels for Arma 3. If you get better fps slowly increase settings to get a balance you can live with. Lower view distance is the key to make it playable with your AMD cpu.
