i put in a new motherboard and cpu, but didn't back up first.

Do i have to get a new hard drive or is there something i can do so i don't lose everything? Cpu is an i5 4690k and motherboard is asus z97-a.

BSOD BSTD
you need to do a clean install of your main hdd when changing mobo otherwise you can get bad driver conflicts. if you have another hdd or an external you can copy your files over to it
