Computer still has amber light, with even more problems...

I have a 2009 Dell Inspiron 570, every time I turn it on, the monitor shows no signal, and has a amber light, on the manual it says its a Motherboard or power supply problem, so I replaced the motherboard, and double-checked everything. It still has a amber light, except now it turns itself on the moment I turn it off with the power button.....I'm thinking its the power supply. Anyways, any help will be appreciated!

CPU : AMD Athlon II X2 250 (Dual core) 3 GHZ
Graphics card : AMD Radeon HD 6450
RAM : 4GB
Storage : 500GB

First power supply, next motherboard.

If you have Best Buy or Frys nearby go and get any ATX power supplies with ability to return it if unsuccessful and try.
When fixed, come back if you want to...

When fixed, come back if you want to upgrade your 570 to play Battlefield 4 on HIGH. I do.
