Help identifying CPU temp in SpeedFan

I figured id ask because i feel like its way to cool all the time and it rarely goes above 30c. Is the Core the CPU temp for my system?

I have a Hyper 212 EVO on my CPU right now and my current CPU is AMD FX-6300

Even when playing Witcher 3 this thing never goes above 30C and i have it overclocked to 4.0GHz

What if they arent at 10c at full load? They are at around 35c while using prime95 and my CPU temp is at 45. (was originally at 41 before starting. It usually stays around 39-42 in idle)

You can't accurately measure the CPU temperature on that AMD CPU. If the thermal margins at full load, e.g., running Prime95 Small FFTs are 35°C, then the CPU is rather cool since it's 35°C from throttling. The higher the thermal margins are at full load, the better.
