my acer version 2.10.1207 desktop wont boot up, it just says reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selc

my compter isnt booting up, its just saying reboot and select proper boot deivce or isert boot media in slected boot device and press a key, please help me out, i just want it to boot up i dont care if i lose all memeroy or anything, i just want it to work again.

Remove all usb drives if the are in and cd/DID try to boot if it boots....
Check in bios that your HDD is selected for boot priority set to first.
In failing them perhaps a fault a SATA CABLE
Or in HDD
