Hello. I have had this issue for a few days now. My internet works, but it connects to other servers suuuuper slow or not at all. For example when I'm trying to connect to team speak it takes like 10-30 attemps to connect to server. Or when I'm playing with my friend and we try to voice chat on steam. I have tried to change the DNS servers like 8.8.8.8 but its still the same. Sometimes when i restart my router it works fine untill I restart the pc. The router is Thomson tcw 770. There are 5 LEDs. 1 is for when the ethernet cable is connected to the pc. 1 is for the power and 1 says online on it. The remaining 2 are DS and US. When it worked fine they all were lit up, but now the US LED is flashing. If nothing helps I will call my network operator and ask if the problem is on their end.

Here is the user manual for your router.

http://setuprouter.com/router/thomson/tcw7704/manual-1268.pdf

Page 6 decribes the various led patterns used by the router.

Watch the lights carefully from restart to pc connection to use (when working).

Page 19 tells you how to get into the event log. Look in the description field for errors and/or failures.

You will probably have to call the network operator.

However being able to understand more about your router (and the information in the event logs) will help you communicate the problem. Or perhaps answer questions that they may have.
