My budget is 700$ i already have 980ti.

so i want every thing expect GPU

i need monitor and keyboard but not OS

With that budget this is what I would go with. Theres no overlocking but it wont bottleneck the GPU. The budget is initially over $700 @$720 but has $25 worth of MIR and a $15 promo.

If the price needs to be lowered then you could always change the SSD to the 120gb version and the CPU to the i5-4460. It would be $682.58 before $25 MIR.
