I just built a new gaming computer but when I turn it on the fans spin, LED's turn on, cpu cooling turns on and we hear a beep from the motherboard saying everything is working.
Even the GPU itself is running with its fans and light but wont give a display to my moniter, what should I do? could the GPU be dead even though its lights and fans are working?

You may show it .anyways.i don't think that a sticker can stop it or like anything.

as mcnumpty23 said, check that monitor vga or hdmi or dvi is connected to gpu and not motherboard.

when you start your pc, do you get any screen like your Processor Logo or anything. if yes then please reply.

No I get nothing, i dont have integrated graphics so I connect the monitor directly to the GPU. The button to open the bios is delete but that does work, I can restart the computer using the keyboard but delete doesn't work. someone said the monitors resolution might not be supported and that's why I might be getting a black screen. I dont think that is true but could it be a possibility. Also I have a GA-990FXA-UD3
