Hello.
I want to replace my old video card: GeForce GTX 560 Ti
I have Asus P8Z68-V LE ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

New video card GTX 970 will work?

Yes. Any graphics card using PCI-E 3.0 will work.

No problem. Kind of funny because I have that exact board.

Your case does seem on the larger side, but it's always good to check that the version of the 970 you are buying will fit in the case.

Just saw your edit. No, it has a PCI-E 2.0 slots but a PCI-E 3.0 graphics card will fit without performance issues. Make sure you place it in the PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot.

So that means GTX 970 will work no matter its PCI-E 2.0 or PCI-E 3.0?
