I've decided to purchase my first gaming PC. Here is the spec that I've been considering

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wcCgMp

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus H97-PRO GAMER ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Galax Gamer 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM (64-bit)

I still cannot choose the PSU to run with the system. Since I'm on budget so I'm looking for one that is not that pricey.

I'm not a hardcore gamer so no oc, no sli, just playing up-coming games on High is enough for me.
I'm not in USA and XFX, Antec, Seasonic are not avaliable in my country.

My choices now are
1) Corsair VS650
2) Corsair CX600M 80+ Bronze
3) FSP 650W Raider 80+ Bronze
4) Thermal Take 699W TR2 80+ Bronze

Thanks for every suggestion :D

Thanks so much :D

Do you think my spec is good enough to last about 3-4 years?

Trying to get a hand on one of these two psu, Seasonic S12II 620w or Super Flower 750w gold.
