hey guys i wanted to know if anyone had any fixes to this i know its not my power supply because i have a 750 watt power supply but anytime i put my computer to sleep or turn it off it just simply turns back on and theres no reason in powercfg -lastwake either so can anyone help me out?

Solution
Try to enable ErP in the motherboard bios settings. It worked for me. Also, some people had an issue where you go into windows power options -> Choose what the power button does -> Change settings that are currently unavailable -> Uncheck the box that says "turn on fast boot". I personally did not have the turn on fast boot option in my power options, but the erp stuff worked for me.

make and model of the power supply?

not all "750w" are actually 750w units

also could be a number of programs running in the background.

disable all programs running at startup, try to shut down if it works then try disabling one at a time till you find the culprit

run some spyware software to make sure
