Hello

I have this problem after I tried to install an update to my Killer Network Drivers in the MSI Live Update 6 program. I tried to install it, and it all went fine, and my PC restarted as it should, but when it turned back on again, I noticed that I had no internet-connection. I can't re-update the drivers, because I have no internet-connection. The internet works fine on my other devices, and I have checked that the ethernet-cable is placed correctly, so it has to be a software issue. I don't know what to do right now. I have tried to restart the PC several times now, and still no internet. I can see under my history in MSI Live Update, that it says that the Killer Network Drivers were incompleted. What do I do so I can get my internet back?

Thanks

Go to the MSI website for your MOBO, then Support, Select your OS, and it will bring up a list of drivers. For the NIC you can get something like "Killer Network Drivers" OR Killer Drivers ONLY". You want the second one.

Uninstall the old Network Mgr. and Killer Driver. INSTRUCTIONS HERE (LINK)

Reboot and install the Driver Only from above.

In the future, don't use LU to install important drivers like this, and NEVER EVER update your BIOS via LU!

OK. Now I have the files on my PC with the problem, but how do I uninstall the last one and install the new ones, as I don't see the network adapters in Device Manager.

If you don't see the old drivers in dev. mgr. just install the new one.
