This is a problem that has transferred from 1 windows to another 2 consecutive clean installs . it happend one day when booted my PC when it had windows 10 still , the next day I reinstalled the windows to another windows 10 ( the same one ) because of other issues but this font problem remained . Then another clean install , going back to 8.1 and just as I though everything was fixed , I go to my website and see that . As Im the creator of that website , I know 100% that this is not the font it is suppose to have as my laptop and tablet show me as well .
What I mean by font problem , well quite obviously , were talking about bold letters , and sometimes incorrect visualizations of letters . I get the exact same problem on all my browsers , and I tried editing chromes font settings but nothing . I tried replacing all my fonts with a downloaded copy of the default windows 8.1 fonts but nothing , adjusting ClearType also does nothing and let me repeat this for you, this problem has transferred after two consecutive formats of my windows drive .

So if someone has any ideas please share . cuz im starting to get annoyed and this usually doesnt end up well.

I think I know where the problem is.
In your website, you're calling a google font called "Crete Round" from "fonts.googleapis.com", and it loaded on ur tablet, so it appeared the way u want it to.
But on ur PC, something is making the font "Arial" instead of "Crete Round"... so I'd guess that there is something preventing ur PC from grabbing the font u're calling from google.
tell me what u think about that

It looks the exact same on my screen, nothing different.

If i may add my two cents though, the design is a bit unprofessional. For example, the banner at the top with the fire in the black background, it looks a bit tacky. Might want to go for a cleaner look ( ex. something like this https://boosting24.com/ )
