Would my motherboard and pc support all these parts, and will my motherboard support the i5-4440.

Tell me if I need to get anything, remove or get another version.

Thanks

That mobo isn't compatible with that CPU. i5 4440 uses the LGA 1150 socket, that mobo is LGA 1155. The H80i is also completely unnecessary for a CPU that you can't overclock like the i5 4440. If sound is the reason why you want to get an aftermarket CPU cooler, buy something cheaper like a CM Hyper 212 EVO, or if sound isn't an issue, stick with the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

Also why are you buying a GTX 960 AND GTX 750 ti?

If you need to check compatibility try http://pcpartpicker.com/ just pick your parts and see if it says anything is incompatible. Oh and most people SLI using the same GPU, if you're going to SLI maybe get a PSU with more wattage.

As said before, use http://pcpartpicker.com/ for compatibility check. Select every part at http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ you want and the site will show you if the parts are compatible and shows additional notes.

I did you a favor and made the list for you. Btw, you don't need a soundcard, unless you have some special needs. The motherboard have built in soundchip. So I excluded the soundcard for you. Also, 8gb system memory should be enough for today games and programs. Its plenty. Unless you have a need for very high ram usage (like video or photo editing), there is no need. So I cut down it to 8gb. And I didn't found the modular version of your chosen Thermaltake 650 W, so I included the non M version. Also, it does not have any optical drive in your list. As you can't overclock, there is no real need for the cpu cooler, unless you want it very quiet. And I don't know if this cpu cooler is quiet. So far, your list

Here is an alternative build with different parts. It also includes an SSD for faster startups and a high quality power supply. I was assuming you don't want to overclock, as your cpu wouldn't allow this. I changed it to a more powerful cpu (with hyper threading). This build costs you only around 30+ dollar more.
