Computer randomly freezing, for no known reason

Hi all! I just recently upgraded my computer, and also added a three monitor setup. After upgrading my computer, at the most random times, my computer will just freeze. It won't restart, shutdown, or show any messages. It just stops, forcing me to do a hard reset every time. These freezes could happen when I don't even have anything running, but happens most of the time when I'm watching 4K video on youtube or playing games for hours on end. I used to think that this was for sure an overheat problem, but it turned out not to be the case. I have been constantly monitoring the temps of my CPU and GPU, and it's nowhere near a dangerous level. This problem is extremely frustrating! There is no other reason I can think of, because I've checked them all. As a matter of fact, this is my second attempt writing this post, it froze the first time. So essentially the two things I want to know are 1) Is there a reason this is happening and is there a way to fix it and 2) If there is no way to fix it, will a clean Windows 10 install do the trick? I'm strongly considering doing a clean install because most games I have contain some sort of annoying glitch with this new computer upgrade. Please help! I still have time to send some of these parts back.

Computer specs:
AMD FX-9590 @ 5.2 GHz, with water cooling
16GB RAM
2x XFX R9 270X on CrossFire
2TB Hard Drive
240GB SSD (I have the OS installed here)
1000w power supply
Windows 10 Pro

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You're system is very complicated and there's alot of places for gremlins to hide. I don't have much experience with crossfire, but my suggestion would be to run it on a single graphics card and bring the CPU clock speed back to stock and see if the issue persists. Also, when you upgraded, did you rebuild a totally new machine, or did you keep some parts in the system?

I did as a matter of fact keep some parts. I've gone through a total of 3 computers, and the only thing I've kept through all of them was the 2TB hard drive and the first R9 270X graphics card. I bought the second graphics card about two weeks ago.
