Hello! This is my first post here, so I hope I posted in the right place
I've recently been paying attention to my gaming system's temperatures (using Speccy), and I would like some input on it.
Currently, in the back of my case, there is an exhaust fan, and a fan for the PSU (those are the only case fans in the system). On one of the sides there are lots of small holes in the case (sort of like a grate) for air to naturally flow, although there it no fan there. Everything just has the stock fans/heat syncs that came with the PC.
The CPU (i7-3770) at idle is about 38-40 degrees C, GPU (GTX 750ti) is about 35-37, and the mobo is about the same as the CPU. When gaming (Minecraft), the CPU gets up to about 50 C, GPU about 50-55, and the mobo stays at about 40 (keep in mind its quite a hot day. about 85 degrees F inside).
I wasn't sure if replacing the stock heat sync/back fan would help or not. The case doesn't allow a fan to be placed on the front, however I could probably put one on the side with the grating.
What do you think? Thanks for your advice
