I am aiming for about 3.8Ghz if possible and I currently have a coolermaster hyper 212 evo cpu fan.

Solution k1114 Sep 20, 2015 3.8 is no problem. I believe the average was around 4.5 at 1.3v. The evo can do this and keep it under 70c.
