2.4 update keeps re-downloading everytime i run steam ( csgo 9\17\2015 update)

Every time i launch steam, ever since the 9\17\2015 update, it keeps redownloading the SAME 2.4 Gb update. I have tried reinstalling steam, the TCPView and setting my download region to my country. To no avail. Please help me, im going nuts!

Hi,

The best thing you can do is un-install CS:GO and then re-download / re-install the game, (the download should include the latest update with it) so you shouldn't have any more update issues thereafter.
