New Built, (Old HDD, New SSD) Computer starts but black screen

My new built starts but I got a black screen. I tried installing the memory card in different slots but it did not work. I took all the rams out but didnt hear any beep either. Everything is plugged in. Please help.
Computer Specs.
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43
CPU : I5 4790k
GPU: GTX 770
Ram : Corsair 8GB
Hard Drive : 1TB Seagate Drive (Old), 128 Sandisk SSD
Power Supply 1000W Cooler Master

Removing your old HDD and try running the PC with only the new SSD installed. Is the screen still blank?

If yes, try removing the GPU and plug in the monitor to your motherboard's iGPU, does it still show a blank screen?

If yes, unplug everything, remove CMOS battery, wait a couple of minutes and try plugging everything back in.

I have tried all of the above but it still shows a blank screen. I removed the CMOS battery twice, didnt work either
