yap when i plug in my flash disk into the computer it tells me that " it needs to be formated". but when i try to format it tells me that " the computer/version is unable to format completely try to check your flash disk"

The chkdsk command does not format a disk, it checks it for errors.

You need to buy a new pen drive as the existing one probably has corrupted memory chips.
Corrupted memory chips cannot be fixed.

Buy a new one.
