Pc only boots for a few seconds then stop and tries again

Soon after dealing with some nasty virus I then (next day) get a notification from dv(32).exe saying 0x000000ce then a couple minutes later my pc says it will shut down in 10 minutes after that when I tried to reboot it at first just showed no picture and ignored the graphics card / monitor and now It turns on stays on for a few seconds then shuts down then tries again loads of times please help me I don't know what to do

Sounds to me like uncanny timing with your PSU failing and you having a virus. If you have a friends PSU you can borrow to test your system and see if it boots up then give that a go
