Question about using Audiophile headset/mic on consoles

I bought a Sennheiser HD 598 and I'm going to be hooking up a mic to my pc. But I have a lot of friends on consoles and I only have a single 3.5mm jack to plug the headphones into. Is there an audio splitter cable that will allow me to plug both my mic and my headset into?

Solution
Look up for "Sennheiser PCV05" in your favorite shop/e-shop. Usually found under 15 dollars (there are cheaper solutions, but pretty much any I tried either failed after a while or had issues, such as switched channels).

The cable takes both stereo and mic input and merges them into a single output. You can then connect it to the PS4 (or XBO + adapter) controller and use it as an headset.

Oh my goodness. Thank you very much! I was at future shop, the source, best buy and the people working there told me to buy another headset or a sound card which isn't doable unless I mod the console. This'll work great with the mixamp.

Well, they weren't completely wrong, to give them credit where it's due.
What I suggested is directly related to your question, and only works on PS4 or XBONE (through an adapter) by using the controllers or through a 3.5mm-to-optical adapter (such as the mixamp) compatible with the console you want.
Otherwise, it's modding or abandoning the idea.

Also, I was a bit hasty on the answer myself; sorry about that ^^. You'll be fine with the mixamp, but without it, you'll likely NEED to amp the headphones to actually enjoy them if you're using the joypad (I doubt they can properly drive anything higher than 16ohms).

Well thank you very much for your help. Im going to be picking up that cable with a mic. Now I just got to find something that is 3.5mm. I actually don't use a joy pad when using the ps4 with my friends though. I bought the XIM4 to use mouse and keyboard cause I'm not on consoles enough to get used to the joy pad. I've tried joy pads on pc, but aiming is a total pain I find at least. Most of my time is taken with my video game development course, if a big game like MGS5 The Phantom Pain comes out I play it on pc. Every other weekend is clan wars on consoles so.
