I5 3470 vs FX 6300? Which one is better?

Hey Guys, Firstly i'll explain my Options. My Actual Setup is!

AMD FX 6300 3.52Ghz, (Base Clock)
Asrock N68-S3 FX (Mobo)

and i'm planning to do an upgrade! to:

I5 3470 3.2ghz
H61 Motherboard!

What is better, Get a 970 Mobo to my FX 6300? or Get the Intel kit?

and if i get my Intel Kit, i'll get more Frames then 6300 on 970 Mobo?

a decent board, however you will not get much overclocking from it. what is your current power supply? if you have anything better than a GTX 960 you will need at least 500 watts. a piece of advice, I would avoid the CX series by corsair, they are rather cheap, an EVGA Bronze series will be much better, and is not much more.

but which 970 Mobo, do you recommend to me? and please i don't have too much budget to it! :3

My Budget is limited to my Country! Cuz Brazil is getting worst with Dollar prices! btw! in BRL i have R$ 700, 00 ~ $ 176,00 American Bucks!

Ohh thanks bro, actually i have a Low-end VGA, called HD 7750 1GB, and i'm planning to get GTX 760 2GB ! a friend of mine gave me EVGA Bronze 500W as option! and you told me that it's too much better then CX, because CX can't hold a O.C!! i'm thinking about it! :D
