Screen flashing between black and white on startup

This is the second time i experience the phenomenon, when i startup the pc it starts flashing from white to black and incressing the speed until it stays black, the white screns have pixel red green and blue. I would like to know if some had the same issue. I got a i7 4790 and a gtx970

The problem is that it happens really random it is only the second time, i might get another cable i'm with a vga using a adapter to dvi so i might go for hdmi lets see
