I have recently built my first pc and i have the i5 4590 and i run the stock cooler. I wanted to know what are average temps with stock cooler because i'm getting (while running multiple tabs) 35-45°C, sometimes rarely i get 50°C. I don't know whether to be worried or not

It sounds about right like SR-71 Blackbird said, depending on ambient room temps. It's under somewhat of a light to moderate load, neither at idle or under full stress like gaming/rendering or synthetic stress tests and those temps fall within normal operating range. If it was getting up around 70-75c under normal work loads (steady 100%) I would consider a better aftermarket cooler to replace stock.

You're fine. Actually really good considering a stock air cooler. Your temps will change depending on ambient temperatures a little. Like everyone else said, I'd replace the stock cooler. If you're really worried about temps and can fit one in your case an AIO liquid cooler would be a good choice.
