The HD7970, which is what the R9 280 is, was well known for hitting 1200-1250MHz on the core clock. What you have is pretty good but what matters are temperatures and stability. I would try for 1250MHz but yours might not make it to that level.

More then 1206MHz isnt stable if i clock more then that i dont know how many Core Voltage i should put and how much will impact my temperature.
What about memory clock do you know how much can i hit? Because if i clock more then 1399 its unstable.

You might be at the limit of the GPU. Most are in the range I specified.

As for VRAM, I have seen over 1500MHz but it depends on the quality of the VRAM chips and if you are getting instability above a certain clock that might be the limit.

You can try upping the voltage by another 50mv and see if that makes a difference but your temps will increase a bit. A good thing is that you have a good cooler on that card so you should be fine so loing as you keep the temps below the 80c level.

I dont think my cooler is any good :p after 54% fan speed its very loud! I will leave it as it is.. I think i wont gain much if i clock more the Core so im happy with that :) Thank you for the answers

Glad I could help.

Remember though the fact that the cooler is loud at 54% does not mean it is not a good cooler. Asus makes some of the best coolers for GPUs, especially in the Strix series which some of their lines have the highest overclocks while being the coolest.
