My computer has been turning off(restarting actually), Im thinking this is a power supply issue and im going to buy a new psu but I'd like some help. It turns off specially when gaming but also when not. After it goes off I have to wait an hour or so before turning on or it will turn back off again in like 15m, also if the power cord is not connected when I wait. It goes off even in safemode, However it seems less likely.

My specs:
ALLIED AL-8400BTX ATX 400W SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY
Nvidia GTX 750 ti OC
Asus P8H61-M Lx3 Plus
8gb Ram (2sticks)
Intelcore i3-2100 3.10GHz 3.10GHz

Also what psu do u recommend for my setup?

Which of those two would you recommend the most? also any chance my problem could not be a pcu issue id like to solve the issue first even if I need a new pcu since im low on cash, and thanks for the recommendations btw :bounce:

No problem mate, Out of the two, I would go for the EVGA one, but the Corsair one is good too. It could be a temperature issue with your computer. Install something like HWMonitor or SpeedFan and post the temps here :)

A good 400w PSU is plenty for that rig, the 750Ti doesn't use much power, many don't even have a power connector. The CX series are not a good PSUs(tier 4), they use terrible secondary capacitors with a high failure rate, they may perform well out of the box but a few months is usually were the problems start. Just because yours hasn't failed yet doesn't make them good. The FSP, and HEC built Evga NEX units are mediocre at best(tier 3) the newer Seasonic and Superflower built B2, GS, and G2 models are far superior(tiers 1 and 2).

The Corsair CX series of power supplies use poor capacitors. Go with an XFX 550W power supply or a Seasonic 520W power supply.
