So it's been less than a month since ordering my parts and I need to figure out what to get a refund for. My computer will completely freeze what's on screen and no input is detected or anything. My HDD activity light completely turns off and stays off despite the fact I hear my HDD running. Granted I am using an SSD for boot and a HDD for data. I am running dual monitors, one off VGA, and one off DVI-I. My audio is connected via a 3.5mm trs port on my motherboard. Do you think this is a motherboard failure? RAM (running PassMark MemTest86 v6.2.0 Free right now with 91% passed so far and hammer test still going at 24%)? or simply my brand new Kingston SSDNow V300? Everything but my SSD would need to be replaced within the next 6 days. My SSD would need to be replaced within the next ~16 days. I can't be 100% confident in saying this wasn't happening before the SSD. I will try seeing what happens when running Windows off my HDD, but I still need a suggestion as to what it could be. If my crashes get fixed from removing the SSD I'll edit the post.

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 Unlocked
GPU: XFX AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR3
RAM: 2x4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series
MB: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P (rev 2.0)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB

Solution
UPDATE: Computer has just crashed and made scratchy sounds until reset

Officially RMA'd my Gigabyte 970A-UD3P motherboard, no one buy a 970 chipset motherboard, they have problems. This model specifically, has many one egg reviews on Newegg from failures. I didn't check those before because I got it in a combo with the AMD FX-6300 and G.Skill RAM.

Accidentally posted as answer...
Everything is brand new except the GPU and the data HDD. My PSU is an EVGA 500B. I have a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo on my CPU. And I regularly watch temperatures. My CPU has never hit 50 degrees Celsius and my GPU VERY rarely hits 50 degrees Celsius. I set it to buzz when any temperature reaches 50 degrees Celsius. Thanks for the quick response! MemTest86 is 68% done with the "Hammer Test".

My SSD was a plug and play type situation, no tweaking. According to their toolbox the firmware is up to date. OS is Windows 8.1 64-bit.

I just set my boot drive back to the HDD, I still have Windows 8.1 on it, I'll keep you posted as to if it crashes or not. It might be a good idea to completely unplug the SSD, I'll do that.

I have the SSD unplugged and I couldn't run Google Chrome. That is to be expected obviously if it's on the SSD, but it reminded me of something... Every single time I had Google Chrome open, say on my left screen, it would crash after ~20 minutes. So I switched to FireFox which resides on my HDD and that fixed the browser crashing problem... So as long as I'm not touching a certain sector of the SSD, I'm fine. If I don't get a crash with the SSD unplugged I will RMA the SSD and mark this post as solved.

My computer is painfully slow at loading now, lol, I love SSDs

Well... It crashed... the SSD is checked off the list.

I just ran Prime95 for an hour and my CPU only went up to 37 degrees Celsius thanks to the new aftermarket cooler.

Just unplugged HDD and am running only the SSD. Trying to see if my problem is a dying HDD. Because it crashes when I'm using the HDD and SSD.

If my rig still crashes I'm gonna RMA the motherboard.

Gonna run FurMark

GPU is stable and has a max temp of 59 degrees Celsius in FurMark after 30 minutes of running at 99% GPU usage.

Well... that seems to have worked, I played a match of Planetary Annihilations: Titans (known to crash my PC, probably because it was on the HDD) only using my SSD, with my HDD completely unplugged, and I've had no signs of crashing.
Looks like this aging thing needs an upgrade.
I'll be sure to check the S.M.A.R.T data on the HDD once I've tested this configuration for a bit longer to double check that the HDD is the problem.
