So even that my windows xp professional sp3 boots great from cd my windows 7 and 8 wont boot from usb drive. I tried various usb model. And changed boot order but still for both oses I get same error (will give link soon). So its not about os and not about usb. How to fix it.

Sorry for late update. Had no connection. I have legal versions pf w7 and 8. I had tried official microsoft software for bootable iso and also rufus. But both gave me same mistake: http://m.imgur.com/tyBYKjN can it be that my bios or motherboard is outdated. I have ms 7270. Check error image. I have googled it and found same problems but not and solution.
