I m using the NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower case and don' t know how to power the fans. I've plugged a 6pin PSU to Molex connector into the molex that the case provided but the fans don't spin up. I wanted to know if i m using the right molex or if I need to plug the fan headers directly into the Mobo or not?

Make sure that the molex that you think you plugged into converts to the 2/3 pin adapter for the fans. If there is a switch on the case for the fans, make sure to flip that. You can plug them into the mobo and control fan speed with a program If you want to override the problem altogether.
