My Computer Wont Display Anything

Hi, i was playing Total War Arena and my computer got green and light gray stripes (i'm colorblind sooo ya) which happens from time to time i just reset my computer and it works... but this time it loaded up weird with discolored pixels and when windows loaded it was black and white stripes, so i turned it off and back on and the screen didn't show anything.

Possibly try running a stress test on the computer to see if there's a hardware issue.

i cant load up windows or bios it doesn't display anything

Maybe try a different display cable or if you have a HDMI cable, try to plug it into a TV.

I just tried that it didn't work.... but its weird i don't get a VGA LED, and i get a VGA check beep, and the fans still turn.

Try some different configurations.
-Graphics card removed and alternating RAM sticks (ie: only keep 1 stick in at a time).
-Unplug the HDD.

Also, I know you listed your computer parts, but how old is it?

it's less than a year... i all ready had the power supply and VGA give out on me at the end of spring, beginning of summer.

i'll try the configs tomorrow(it's night in NY, and i have school and a soccer game tomorrow)

i also inspected the computer closely (turned it on its side and started it up) and i realized the boot_device_led was on, and it had been blocked by my VGA...

i don't know if that helps

I'm not saying this is your problem, but its a good reason why you might want to get motherboard speaker. Anyway, I'm curious about what the LEDs on yours are doing. Do you have someone who can check the colors?

Hi, my motherboard came with a little speaker and i get a VGA ok beep

i'll check the light colors when i get home but they all flash on at one point (not at the same time)

hi so i alternated my RAM, and when i had one stick in i had my VGA LED on.... and when i put both back in i didn't have a boot_device_LED anymore.

I'm soo confused

Have you got a windows 7 cd? (Presuming your PC is running 7)

Did you try booting it without a HDD plugged in?

Thats basically all I can think of. You might have damaged components.
Also, unless the problem is fixed, don't pick a solution as other users will presume the problem is solved and probably won't look at the post.
