I've been researching about what I could buy to play upcoming games like Fallout 4 with mods on Ultra, but it's kind of difficult to find out about something like that when a game isn't out yet. I have made a list of the parts, but since I'm fairly new at this, I don't know if there is anything wrong with it.

I don't know much about PSU and whether the Case I have chosen is good since I only went for a mid-tower with a design I liked, so I hope you guys can give out some help on the subject.

If there is a way to make this build cheaper without compromising too much performance, then I welcome to the ideas or suggestions

Thanks

No need to buy that particular motherboard if you are not overclocking.
Case is mostly determined by personal taste so I will leave that up to you.
The PSU is pretty good quality.
Also, no need to get dual channel RAM as it is more expensive without gaining tangible performace gains.

For making your build cheaper, get a cheaper motherboard such as the MSI H81M-P33. However, with this motherboard, you will forgo front-panel USB3.
Also, get a 1x8gb ram kit, such as the Kingston Value-RAM series.

Yeah, I really want a USB 3.0 header on my PC. Maybe there are other cheaper alternatives in motherboards with it?

I found one for about $60 on Amazon. That's a good $40 dollars saved. Thank you.

One other question.... Is the i5 4590 Processor too much for a R9 380 4Gb or a R9 270X graphics card? Would it cause any bottleneck?
