Gtx 960 ftw 4gb? With my pc specs good enough? And better performance then gtx 960 2gb?

Ram: 8 gb Corsair
Power Supply: 500 Watt EVGA
Graphics Card: r9 270x XFX
Processor: FX 6300

Not really. Performance wise they are the same. Just probably advantage to the 4gb model if memory usage exceeding 2gb.

Your choice really. If the price difference is small then why not get the 4gb one?
