I can ping google.com, but my both of my browser cannot reach google.com from my home network.

Of my home network, one of my computer, a Windows 8.1 laptop, I can ping google.com, the resulting address were 68.87.91.199. But both of the browsers (IE and Chrome) cannot access http://www.google.com, the error message from browser is "This page is not available", ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

I have other laptop on the same wireless network that worked.

Check your browser is not trying to use a proxy server for connection. In chrome go to settings > show advanced settings > Change Proxy settings. Remove any Proxy settings that shouldn't be there and then try again. Let me know if that gets you surfing.
