Hello! I am looking for a gold-colored CPU cooler or a liquid cooler with clear tubing and golden liquid or something like that for my Gold and Black colored build. I can also go with something yellowish as my fan leds are yellow.
Cheers!

Yeah online is fine. Frozen CPU.com is a good website if you're shopping from the US/Canada!

AIO Loops are basic water cooling which come pre-assembled. Such as the Corsair H100i or the Silverstone TD02-E. These are CPU (or gpu) only coolers and just use the liquid to disperse the heat out of the case.

Unlike this Air coolers keep the warm air in the case but rely on airflow to move the air out of the case. Coolers such as the Noctua NH-D15 achieve this very effectively but often look quite large. These also only cool one component though GPU's by stock generally come with an aircooler with a VERY small amount of gpu's not.

Custom loop coolers

This is where the modding happens. These take time and effort to do but look amazing...

You could use the Corsair H100i and Adjust the colour?

You could also use Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 if you wanna go black and Aircooled.

You could also run a cutsom loop and run a nickel EK cpu block which yes is silver but will reflect a lot of yellow about in that environment.

These colors come in small bottles,it's clear filled at the start.,you could buy an appropriate color for you rig and use that at a shop that does watercooling parts.

Does the internet count as a shop? I generally use PC websites for building

You'd have to get the right components and possibly drill some holes in your case to mount a res though. But keeping that in mind custom loops look amazing and feel rewarding once done!
