hi, i am very knowledge less when it comes to pc's, and i am looking up upgrade my current one, so what i want to know is if the processor with be compatible with the motherboard and what power supply i will need. im going to upgrade to a

MSI X99A Gaming 7 USB3.1 DDR4 Motherboard,
Intel Core i5 6600K 6th Generation Quad-Core 3.5GHz
and a MSI HAWK Edition Twin Frozr IV N760 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 graphics card..

please help!

As for the GPU go for gtx 960 or 970 (MSI), it would match your motherboard very well and has one of the best cooling from the other manufactures like EVGA. You would be very happy with his build as everything will run smooth as anything and you could play games on ultra without any fps dropping, it could play anything you throw at it e.g. GTA V maxed out would be 45 - 60 fps with everything full which would be unplayable for a lot of people. But if grass and stuff was not at full it would be hitting 60+, and that's amazing as GTA V is a big map with good graphics.

What the fuck, a Z97 mobo isn't even compatible with a 6600K! Please do a miniscule amount of research before giving people "advice" on what motherboard to pick. I hope this guy didn't already waste his money because you couldn't be bothered to look up basic compatibility facts before posting your recommendation on the forums.
